Me & The Game Dog "BullDog"

The Game Bred American Pit Bull Terrier and I have fallen in love many years ago, loving everything about the Game Dog, since 1988. (True Story) One evening my uncle came home with this little black brindle and white female puppy that was this little monstrosity that didn’t listen to anyone but me, that we ended up calling Flava. Something grabbed me with this pup, a bond that I and Flava had that made me risk butt whoopins. Example: Uncle Joe: “Chris, when you get home tomorrow don’t take Flava outside until I get home, she needs a flea collar”. Me, “okay” not paying attention to anything he’s saying really, my mind is on this dog. Around 3:30pm the next day I get home from school, run right past grandma hearing her say “leave that dog alone, Joe gone get you” and outside me and Flava went. Up and down the street running and rolling in the grass for hours having the best time of our lives (back then) then inside to get ready for dinner we went. Later that evening Uncle Joe gets home and checks on Flava, he comes and asks me why is she itching and did I take her outside, I said No grandma said yes but he knew anyways; all of a sudden “POW’ there it was the “didn’t I tell you” spank. Look this went on for about 4 days, and I didn’t care; it was all about me and Flava. Other things happen and the pup had to be given away but since then I’ve always said I’m going to own pit bulls and I’m going to own some of the best.

As I got older I began to study everything I could about the American Pit Bull Terrier. The ins and outs, the good the bad just preparing myself for that day; the day I was allowed to own a dog. I started with the dogs from around the neighborhood. Asking their owners everything about their dogs; but listening and questioning everything they would say just so I could hear them repeat themselves, so I could understand these dogs better. These real dog men and women taught and showed me the importance of exercising, feeding, breeding, and whelping pups the right way, most of all they expressed the importance of simply keeping healthy dogs. One thing I learned early was that they all bred to a standard and it was the ADBA’s APBT breed standard.

My ideal American Pit Bull Terrier both dogs and bitches are 16” - 18” inches to the withers weights between 40 - 60 pounds on a highly active defined muscular frame.

Shipping is available at an additional cost.  We prefer to meet potential buyers in person, but will gladly ship to creditable show and working homes. A $__0.00__ deposit is required to hold your dog or puppy. Deposits are nonrefundable, and nontransferable to future litters. "We can only be responsible for dogs purchased directly from us, by the people who bought them, not dogs sold under our name!" Dogs not bought directly from and/or bred by us, are not recognized Kennels Dogs.  We do not recognize people's sale of dog/s claiming to be Kennels bred.

I.                   Health Guarantee
Kennels goes to great lengths to keep our dogs and produce pups with great health, temperament, and working ability.  Your pup/dog is guaranteed to be in good health upon pickup or delivery, having all necessary vaccinations and dewormings up to date for its age.
We recommend that you take your pup/dog to see a veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving it, at that time the pup/dog is fully guaranteed. If any problems should arise, it should be brought to Kennels attention immediately. Vet bills and shipping will not be refunded.  Failure of seeing a veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving the pup/dog will null and void this Health Guarantee.
If the pup/dog is found to be in poor health, the pup/dog will be replaced and no refund will be given.  If the pup develops a life threatening illness prior to 6 months of age, Kennels is to be notified immediately. Kennels must be provided with written documentation from a Licensed Veterinarian containing the diagnosis and prognosis of the condition of this pup.
Shots, deworming, and proper care are the responsibility of the buyer of the pup/dog.  Any pup/dog developing an illness related to lack of shots, deworming, or of poor care will not be replaced.
Any conditions which can be easily treated will not be covered by this Health Guarantee all others will be replaced with a pup/dog of the same value from the next available breeding.
If pups/dogs are available of a greater value, Kennels will offer to deduct the original price from the purchase of the greater valued pup/dog.  In no cases will a pup/dog be replaced with one of a greater value without the difference being paid by the purchaser!
Kennels will not be responsible for any vet bills or other bills that may incur after the purchase of the pup/dog. Vaccines must remain current. Clean water must be available at all times, adequate quality food must be given, and pup/dog must be kept in a clean and secure enclosed yard or large kennel with an appropriate amount of shade and adequate shelter.
We will not replace a pup/dog nor will we refund any money due to health problems associated with the pup/dog being spayed or neutered.

II.                Disclaimer:
With the opinion of our vet taken into consideration with research done over the years Kennels does not guarantee against any skin or coat problems nor will we be responsible for skin and coat problems that are associated with pups/dogs with blue coats.
We’ve found that the blue coat coloring in any dog breed, has been known to be associated with skin and coat problems; making them no matter the breed or bloodline more prone to bacterial, viral, staff and fungal infections as well as various forms of dermatitis, allergies, demodex, and color mutant alopecia. While some being hereditary many of these problems are simply the result of having a blue coat color.
Most skin and coat problems are easily and inexpensively treated. Kennels isn’t saying that all blue dogs or all dogs will be affected by skin or coat problems, we are just informing you that there’s no test available to test for these problems prior to pups/dogs showing symptoms and signs of an infection or outbreak only to add the fact that an adult dog can be a carrier and never show any signs or symptoms.
We will not replace a pup/dog or refund money on a pup/dog purchased from us that becomes affected by Demodectic Mange. Kennels will never breed any dog knowingly, that they have had any or are producers of any skin disease.

III.             Breeding:
