NoVACAIN Kennels reserves the rights to all selections from the “Jones’ Mei Xiang von NoVACAIN” x “CBE’s King Ragnar of NoVACAIN” litter until they reach 7 weeks old of age. We ask that you make up to 3 choices when looking at a NoVACAIN Kennels bred litter, because no selections will be finalized until NoVACAIN Kennels has made their selections from the litter. After NoVACAIN Kennels has made their selections from the litter, you will be assigned a selection number based on the order of which we received the deposits. After you have been notified that your selection number has been called, you will have a 12 hours to make a selection from the litter before they next number will be notified and called upon to make their selection from the litter.
If you have missed your window of opportunity (your selection time), after being notified and 12 hours has passed, you will then be placed at the bottom of the selection list and called upon again once all others have made their selections.
Example: 10 pup litter, 8 open selections, your selection #3, you missed the 12 hour window, and you then will be moved to selection #8.
Reminder: A $__400.00__deposit is required to hold your selection spot, which is your conformation that you will receive a puppy from the “Jones’ Mei Xiang von NoVACAIN” x “CBE’s King Ragnar of NoVACAIN” litter. Deposits are nonrefundable, and nontransferable to future litters.
